70 Year Old From Listowel Deceased Following Collision

(MAPLETON TOWNSHIP, ON) Members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a collision outside of Moorefield that has resulted in a fatality.
On December 2, 2025, at approximately 8:30 a.m., members of the Wellington County OPP, alongside the West Region OPP Traffic Incident Management & Enforcement (TIME) Team and local paramedic and fire services responded to a report of a three-vehicle collision on Wellington Road 10 between Booth Street and Concession Road 6, outside of Moorefield.
As a result of the collision, a 70-year-old male from Listowel was pronounced deceased on scene. One other individual was taken to local hospital as a precaution with non-life-threatening injuries.
Wellington Road 10 has since reopened.
