One Dead 23 Year Old From Gowanstown Arrested

(NORTH PERTH, ON) One person has been charged following a motor vehicle collision in the Municipality of North Perth
On August 12, 2025, the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) launched an investigation following a motor vehicle collision on Perth Line 88 at Perth Road 140 involving a motorcycle and a passenger vehicle that resulted in the death of the motorcycle driver.
On October 15, 2025 the Perth County OPP charged 23-year-old Emily WEBER of Gowanstown with Careless Driving Causing Death, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
The accused is schedule to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on November 25th, 2025.
