(NORTH PERTH, ON) Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged an individual after fleeing the scene of a motor vehicle collision in the Municipality of North Perth.
On May 2, 2025, police responded to a call for a motor vehicle that collided with two vehicles in the town of Gowanstown. One of the drivers sustained non-life threatening injuries, the other driver was uninjured.
Police located and charged 32-year-old Sheldon MCLEISH of Dundalk, ON the following Criminal Code of Canada offences:

The accused was released from custody and schedule for his first appearance on June 6, 2025 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford.
