Kidnapping & Fentanyl Arrests – Names Released

On February 5th 2025 at 8:20 pm, the Sarnia Police Service Offender Management Unit located the two remaining people wanted in connection to the Stuart Street Kidnapping from January 10th 2025.
Officers were at a Confederation Street business on another matter when a taxi was observed pulling up. Officers recognized one of the occupants as being wanted on outstanding arrest warrants with Sarnia police. Further investigation revealed the identity of anther occupant to also be wanted on outstading warrants.
Upon arrest and subsequent search, both persons were found to be in possession of a quantity of fentanyl resulting in additional charges being laid.
Police Seized the following:
65.28g of fentanyl (Street value of $6528)
$510 Canadian currency
Todd GRAHAM-GREY (37-years-old) of Sarnia was held for bail for the following offences:
Kidnapping
Break and enter
Mischief under $5000
Forcible confinement
Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking
Cassandra BATES (43-years-old) of Sarnia was held for bail for the following offences:
Kidnapping
Break and enter
Mischief under $5000
Forcible confinement
Assault
Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking
The other two accused persons have remained in custody since their arrests.
